Cleveland isn't a "mistake on the Lake" - it's a diverse and vibrant city that has a lot to offer! From 5 star restaurants to professional sports teams, a museum district, world-renowned symphony orchestra, hospitals and universities - there's a lot more to the CLE than you think.

Living in the CLE

Why do we love where our practice is located? Options, accessibility and the cost of living.  There are many different choices when it comes to living near the clinic. Within a 60 minute commute you have options for an urban, suburban or rural lifestyle.  Public and private school systems abound as well as homeschooling collectives. Housing within the Olmsted Falls City School district is highly sought after due to district's reputation for excellent academics.

Want to hop a plane? No worries, we have an international airport 10 minutes from the clinic. If CLE can't get you where you want to go, there are 2 additional airports within a 45 minute drive. You can also grab a train to Chicago for a weekend away or drive to East along the lake to amazing vineyards, quaint towns and farmers markets. Our capital city, Columbus, is only 2 hours away and offers additional opportunities for travel, site seeing, events, Big Ten sports, and our state fair.

The cost of living in Ohio is much lower than many major metropolitan areas. According to NerdWallet.com, the cost of living in Cleveland, Ohio is 14% less expensive that Denver, CO, 42% less than Miami-Dade, FL and 76% lower than New York, NY.

Something for Everyone

Yes, Ohio does have Winter, but we also have Spring, Summer, and Fall. This means year round activities from boating on the lake to ice fishing, trail riding in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, skiing at Boston Mills, fly fishing the Rocky River, and many other outdoor activities. Any time is a great time to explore Amish country, shop the Cleveland Flea, go antiquing or just explore with your family. Take the family to visit indoor water parks, roller coasters at Cedar Point, Put-in-Bay or Kelly's Island, or many of the other amazing activities that Ohio has to offer!

Cleveland is the rock and roll city and it continues that tradition with great venues and musicians of all genres. Enjoy an outdoor concert at Blossom or Jacobs Pavilion or catch a show in a smaller, more historic venue like the Beachland Ballroom. The Cleveland Orchestra performs year round at Severance Hall while the Cleveland Opera performs at Playhouse Square, which hosts Broadway shows year round.

We're excited to share with you everything Northeast Ohio has to offer when you visit the practice!  More links are provided below.
