Consulting Options for DVM's

Do you have a puzzling case you would like advice on?  Is there a case you would love to send us, but distance or the pet's behavior make it hard?  We provide 2 services to help you help your clients! 

  • DVM2DVM: A 30 minute virtual appointment + scheduled DVM hand off
    • The client contacts TBC and provides a payment of $300 
    • Our team provides the client with a history form to complete for the appointment
    • We provide you with a consent form to sign stating that:
      • You are aware the client is meeting with us
      • You consent to providing treatment to the patient based on our Doctor's findings and recommendations
      • You are able to schedule a call with our Doctor to review treatment options OR that you will be present for the virtual appointment w/ the client. 
    • Our team meets with the client to clarify questions from the history form, provide basic safety & management information and the treatment plan is handed off to you

DVM2DVM Referral & Consent


  • DVM Direct: A 10-15 min case review with our doctors - great for clinics that may want to send multiple cases over time! 
    • You contact our team and provide a payment of $150 per case
    • Our team collects the client's email/contact information to send a history form to them for completion
    • Upon receipt of the history form, our Doctor will review the information and contact you to schedule a 10-20 minute phone call to discuss the case and provide suggestions for treatment

Let us know if you have a pet owner whose animal could benefit from more in-depth behavioral treatment. We encourage referring trainers to attend appointments with their clients if possible.
